In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make a classic Caesar salad, complete with homemade dressing and crispy croutons. Next, you’ll master the art of fresh pasta-making as we teach you how to make ravioli filled with sweet corn and scallions, cooked to perfection in a rich and savory bacon brown butter sauce. And to top it all off, we’ll end the night on a sweet note with a lesson in making the perfect tiramisu. With hands-on instruction and plenty of opportunities to ask questions, this class is perfect for beginners and experienced cooks alike. Don’t miss out on this delicious and educational experience!

Q: What is the format of the cooking class? A: Our cooking classes are hands-on and interactive. You will work in groups of four, sharing workstations and equipment, and will be led by our professional chef instructors.
Q: How long is the cooking class? A: Most of our classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours long, unless otherwise noted above.
Q: How many students are in each class? A: Our hands-on classes are limited to 12 students, ensuring that each student gets plenty of attention and guidance from the instructor.
Q: What will we be doing during the class? A: You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. You will work together with other students to prepare the menu items, following the guidance of the chef instructor.
Q: What should I wear to the cooking class? A: Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy.
Q: Can I bring my own ingredients or equipment? A: We provide all of the necessary ingredients and equipment for the class, so there is no need to bring your own. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Q: Can I bring a friend or family member to watch the class? A: Unfortunately, we do not allow spectators in our classes. However, we do offer private events and classes that can be customized to your needs and preferences.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my class? A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a cancellation policy in place, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative if necessary.
Q: Will there be alcohol served during the class? A: We do not serve alcohol during our cooking classes, but you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer if you would like. We provide glasses and a corkscrew for your convenience.
