The star of the show is undoubtedly the savory pierogi, a beloved Polish dumpling stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings. From classic potato and cheese to indulgent meat and mushroom, you’ll learn how to make these delectable delights from scratch, mastering the delicate dough and perfecting the art of shaping them.

But that’s not all! Our menu also includes the iconic Kapusta, a braised sauerkraut dish that bursts with tangy and savory flavors. Discover the secrets behind achieving the ideal balance of flavors as you create this traditional Polish staple.

To complete our culinary journey, we’ll teach you how to make the scrumptious Polish Plum Cake, a delightful dessert that showcases the natural sweetness of plums and pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.
